Gran Duro
Enjoying the extra hard cheese Gran Duro, made from IPS Milk, silo-free raw milk and without preservatives, is an aromatic cheese experience with a full and spicy flavour all the way to the finish.

Due to the use of microbial rennet, our Gran Duro is a vegetarian Swiss extra hard. To make Gran Duro so tasty, we use regional silo-free raw milk. This means that the cows graze on pasture in summer and eat hay in winter. Additional concentrated feed is regulated by IPS certification.
